    (Vi) is not in accordance with the relevant provisions of radio, film and television monitoring body set up by the Administration to provide the broadcasting, transmission shows full signal, or interfere with, impede the monitoring activities;

    (VII) interfere with radio, film and television administration supervision and inspection, accident investigation, or does not obey the unified deployment of broadcast;
