Pilot Sino-foreign joint venture travel agencies operating outbound travel business interim measures for the supervision

    Third pilot Sino-foreign joint venture travel agencies operating outbound travel business should abide by these measures.

    Article sixth Sino-foreign joint venture travel agencies to apply for pilot of outbound travel business, shall comply with the conditions laid down in article eighth of the travel agents Ordinance and apply to the tourism administrative departments of the State Council, and submitted in accordance with article eighth of the travel agents Ordinance stipulates conditions of the relevant supporting documents.

    Article seventh pilot outbound travel business of Sino-foreign joint venture travel agencies, tourism administrative departments of the State Council in the applicant selection determines, and issued to the applicant of the foreign-funded travel agency business approval submissions. Article applicants holding travel agency business with foreign investment approval submissions and all the investors signed contracts, articles of Association to the commercial administrative department changes its range of business applications. Commercial administrative departments shall, in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, the decision to approve or not to approve.

    Approved, issue a certificate of approval for foreign-invested enterprises, to the tourism administrative departments of the State Council and notify the applicant for renewal of the travel agency business license; is not granted, it shall notify the applicant in writing and state the reasons.

    Applicants for renewal of the travel service business license holders and the foreign-invested Enterprise approval certificate, to register with the Administration for industry and Commerce for a business change of business scope.

    Nineth qualified as a pilot operating outbound travel business of Sino-foreign joint venture travel agencies (hereinafter referred to as pilot travel agent), shall from the date of renewal of a travel agency business license within 3 working days, increased deposit quality deposit of 1.2 million Yuan and submitted relevant documents to the tourism administrative departments of the State Council.

    After tenth pilot travel agency in operating the outbound travel business within three years, should be submitted every six months to the tourism administrative departments of the State Council the following operational information and data:

    (A) the Organization, hospitality group number of outbound tourists and visitors;

    (B) the amount of outbound tourism business;

    (C) the experience gained and results achieved.

    11th within three years after the implementation of this approach, tourist Administrative Department under the State Council shall be on an annual basis to evaluate pilot results in outbound tourism, and according to the assessment results, pilot outbound travel business and the number of travel agencies to adjust.

    12th pilot travel agencies operating outbound travel business and their operations shall comply with the travel regulations, the measures for the administration of the overseas tours of Chinese citizens and other laws, rules and regulations.

    13th tourism administrative departments and other relevant administrative departments, according to the travel agents Ordinance, the measures for the administration of the overseas tours of Chinese citizens, as well as the relevant laws, rules and regulations of the State of the pilot travel agencies exercising supervision and management.

    Article 14th pilot travel service in violation of this regulation, the Tourism Administration Department and other relevant administrative departments, according to the travel agents Ordinance, the measures for the administration of the overseas tours of Chinese citizens, as well as the provisions of national laws, rules and regulations relating to the penalty. 15th these measures come into force on the date of promulgation.
