Administrative measures on environmental protection hotline

    Chapter I General provisions

    First in order to strengthen standardized management of environmental protection hotline, open reports, maintain and safeguard the people's legitimate rights, in accordance with the Ordinance of letters and calls, as well as the relevant provisions of laws and regulations on environmental protection, these measures are formulated.

    A citizen, legal person or other organization reporting hotline by calling the environmental protection, environmental pollution or ecological destruction reported to the environmental protection departments at all levels, and requests the competent Department of environmental protection law, these measures shall apply.

    Environmental hotline should be used "12369" special service phone numbers, local names into "12369" environmental protection hotline.

    Chapter III procedure
