People's Republic of China promulgated by Decree No. 500 of the civil nuclear safety equipment supervision and management regulations Executive meeting of the State Council on July 4, 2007 the 183th passed, are hereby promulgated and, as of January 1, 2008.

17th civil nuclear safety equipment design, manufacturing, installation and non-destructive testing-unit change of name, address or legal representatives, shall from the date of registration in the 20th, to change procedures for nuclear safety regulatory authorities under the State Council to apply for permits.
