Counsellor of the Government Ordinance

11th staff shall enjoy the following rights:

(A) directly to the people's Governments at the corresponding level leaders reflect the situation, comments and recommendations;

(B) according to the needs to perform his duties to this level and lower level people's Government departments concerned to understand the situation;

(C) invited to attend the relevant meetings of the people's Governments at the corresponding level;

(D) enjoy the treatment as prescribed by the State.

12th staff officer shall perform the duties, respect work discipline, keep state secrets, comply with the provisions of the ICAC, not take advantage of their positions to seek illegitimate interests.

(D) the Counsellor of the organization participate in the patriotic United Front work;

(E) provide support and services for the staff to perform their duties;

(VII) undertake other matters assigned by the people's Governments at the corresponding level.

Counselors human relations organization 16th article should provide the necessary working conditions for the staff officer to perform duties, implementation of national treatment.

17th staff officer personnel in party and Government organs, public institutions and their management in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State.

Counselor of the Counsellor of the 18th article in outstanding achievements, and made outstanding contributions to scientific and democratic decision-making in accordance with law of the State, award is given by the people's Governments at the corresponding level.

19th counselors do not perform their duties according to law or engaged in advisory activities incompatible with the status of, the adverse consequences of, staff officer body of work should be reported to people's Governments in charge of resignations. 20th article of the regulations come into force on January 1, 2010.
