Article II dangerous chemicals production, Stockpiling, use, management and transport safety, this Regulation shall apply.

Waste disposal of hazardous chemicals, according to the environmental protection laws, administrative regulations and the relevant provisions of the State.

Article referred to in the regulations of hazardous chemicals, is a toxic, corrosive, explosive, combustion, combustion properties, and harm to human, facilities, environment toxic chemicals and other chemicals.
