LAW NUM. 20,247 MODIFIES THE DFL. Nº 2, OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, IN 1998, ESTABLISHING AN INCREASE IN GRANTS TO EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS, bearing in mind that the National Congress has given its approval to the following Draft Law: " Article 1.
