Law amending the Law on Vocational Education and Training (prom. SG. 68 of 1999 .; Amend. No.. 1 and 108 2000 pcs. 111 of 2001 pcs. 103 and 120 of 2002, pcs. 29 2003 pcs. 28, 77 and 94 of 2005, pcs. 30 and 62 of 2006 ., corr., No. 63 of 2006 .; amend., SG. 13 and 26 of 2008 and SG. 36 of 2009)
§ 1. In § 18 of the transitional and final provisions of the Law amending and supplementing the Law on vocational education and training (SG. 36 of 2009) the following amendments:
1. In para. 1 after the words "from 2004 to 2005," shall be added "and from 2005 to 2006," the following words "from 2005 to 2006," shall be added "and from 2006 to 2007," the the words "in school year 2009 - 2010 . "are deleted.
2. In para. 2 words "2005-2006," are replaced with "2006-2007," the the words "2006-2007," are deleted. Additional provision

§ 2. Everywhere in the law the words "the Minister of Education and Science," "Minister of Education" and "Ministry of Education" shall be replaced with "the Minister of Education, Youth and Science "" Minister of education, youth and science "and" Ministry of education, youth and science ". § 4. In the Level of Education, General Education Minimum and Curriculum (prom. § 6. The Law on lending to undergraduate and graduate students (prom. SG. 69 of 2008 .; amend., SG. 12 and 32 from 2009) everywhere the words "the Minister of Education and Science" "Minister of education and science", "Deputy Minister of education and science" and "Ministry of education" shall be replaced with "the Minister of education, youth and science", "Minister of education, youth and science" "Deputy Minister of education and science" and "Ministry of education, youth and science".

§ 7. The Law on the Promotion of Scientific Research (prom. § 9. The Act on recognition of professional qualifications (prom. SG. 13 of 2008 .; amend., SG. 41 of 2009) everywhere the words "the Minister of Education and Science," "Minister education and science "and" Ministry of education "shall be replaced with" the Minister of education, youth and science "," Minister of education, youth and science "and" Ministry of education, youth and science ".
§ 10. In the Law on Safe Use of Nuclear Energy (prom. SG. 63 of 2002 .; amend. § 11. In the Law for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings (prom. SG. 46 of 2003 .; amend., SG. 86 of 2005, No. 33 of 2008) in art. 4 para. 2 the words "Deputy Minister of Education and Science" are replaced by "the Deputy Minister of Education and Science."
§ 12. In the Law for Combating Juvenile Delinquency (prom., Izvestiya., No. 13 of 1958 .; amend., SG. 11 of 1961, SG. 35 of 1966 SG. 30 of 1969, pcs. 89, 1974, issue. 53 of 1975 .; corr. SG. 55 of 1975 .; amend., SG. 63 of 1976, No. . 36 of 1979, pcs. 75 1988 pcs. 110 of 1996 .; corr., No. 3 of 1997 .; amend., SG. 69 of 1999, pcs. 66 and 96 2004 pcs. 28, 94 and 103 of 2005, pcs. 25 and 47 of 2009) is amended as follows:
1. In art. 4 para. 1, 'Deputy Minister of Education and Science "are replaced by" the Deputy Minister of Education and Science. "
2. In art. 30 para. 1 the words "Ministry of Education" are replaced by "the Ministry of Education and Science."
§ 13. In the Law for Bulgarian citizenship (prom. SG. 136 of 1998 .; amend., SG. 41 of 2001, No. 54 of 2002, pcs. 52 and 109 2007) in art. 12 pt. 5, the words "Minister of Education" are replaced by "the Minister of Education and Science."
§ 14. In Denominations Act (prom. SG. 120 of 2002 .; amend., SG. 33 of 2006, No. 59 of 2007) is amended as follows: || | 1. In art. 31 words "Ministry of Education" are replaced by "the Ministry of Education and Science."
2. In art. 33 para. 1 words "Minister of Education" are replaced by "the Minister of Education and Science."
§ 15. In Veterinary Medicine Act (prom. SG. 87 of 2005 .; amend., SG. 30, 31, 55 and 88, 2006, issue. 51 and 84 of 2007 ., No. 13, 36 and 100 of 2008, pcs. 27 2009 n. 35 of 2009) in art. 19, para. 5 words "Minister of Education" are replaced by "the Minister of Education and Science."
§ 16. In the Law on Genetically Modified Organisms (prom. SG. 27 of 2005 .; amend., SG. 88 and 99 of 2005, pcs. 30, 2006, issue. 31 2007, pcs. 36, 43 and 54 of 2008) in art. 7 is amended as follows:
1. In para. 2 words "Minister of Education" are replaced by "the Minister of Education and Science."
2. In para. 5 pt. 1 letter "f" words "Ministry of Education" are replaced by "the Ministry of Education and Science."

§ 30. In the Law on Execution of Sentences and Detention (SG. 25 of 2009) everywhere the words "the Minister of Education and Science" and "Ministry of Education" shall be replaced with "the Minister education, youth and science "and" Ministry of education, youth and science ".

§ 36. In the Law on Employment Promotion (Prom. § 46. In the Law on Foreigners in the Republic of Bulgaria (prom. SG. 153 of 1998 .; amend., SG. 70 of 1999, pcs. 42 and 112 of 2001, pcs. 45 and 54 of 2002, pcs. 37 and 103 of 2003, pcs. 37 and 70 of 2004, Nos. 11, 63 and 88 of 2005, pcs. 30 and 82, 2006 pcs. 11, 29, 52, 63 and 109 of 2007, pcs. 13, 26, 28 and 69 of 2008, pcs. 12, 32 and 36 of 2009) in art. 24b para. 5 words "Minister of Education" are replaced by "the Minister of Education and Science."
§ 47. In the Family Code (SG. 47 of 2009) is amended as follows:
1. In art. 94, para. 6 words "Minister of Education" are replaced by "the Minister of Education and Science."
2. In art. 114, para. 1 the words "Ministry of Education" are replaced by "the Ministry of Education and Science."
§ 48. This Act shall enter into force on the day of its promulgation in the "Official Gazette", except for § 1, which comes into force on September 15, 2009, and § 47, which came into force on October 1, 2009
