LAW amending the law on the entry, residence and departure of the Republic of Bulgaria of the citizens of the European Union and members of their families (official SG. 80 from 2006; amend., SG. 109 (2007), no. 69 since 2008 and 36/93 and from 2009.)

§ 1. In art. 4 the following endorsements are added:

1. In paragraph 8. 2 create the third and fourth sentences: "the refusal of a visa is refused and subject to challenge pursuant to the administrative code. For the refusal of a visa shall be drawn up on the model form, established by an act of the Council of Ministers. "

2. a para. 6:

"(6) the refusal of entry and residence of persons referred to in para. 1 and 2 are motivated and be subject to challenge pursuant to the administrative code.

Additional provision

§ 2. This law introduces the requirements of Directive 2004/38/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the right of citizens of the Union and their family members to move and reside freely within the territory of the Member States, amending Regulation (EEC) No 1612/68 and repealing directives 64/221/EEC, 68/360/EEC , 72/194/EEC, 73/148/EEC, 75/34/EEC, 75/35/EEC, 90/364/EEC, 90/365/EEC and 93/96/EEC.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly of 9 December 2009 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
