I DECLARE:

To be published in the Official Gazette the law for the adoption of the Declaration within the meaning of art. XI, section 43 of the United Nations Convention on the privileges and immunities of the specialized agencies to expand the application of the Convention with respect to the World Tourism Organization, adopted by the National Assembly of the HLI 10 June 2010.

for the adoption of the Declaration within the meaning of art. XI, section 43 of the United Nations Convention on the privileges and immunities of the specialized agencies to expand the application of the Convention with respect to the World Tourism Organization

Article only. Adopts the following declaration within the meaning of art. XI, section 43 of the United Nations Convention on the privileges and immunities of the specialized agencies, approved by the General Assembly of the United Nations on 21 November 1947:

"The Republic of Bulgaria declares that it extends the with Decree No 388 of the Presidium of the National Assembly Declaration (official SG. 37 of 1968; Item No. 113 of 1999.) and it will apply the provisions of the Convention and with respect to the World Tourism Organization in accordance with annex 18 to the Convention. "

Final provision

Paragraph only. The law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly on 10 June 2010 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
