Sole Article. Ratified the Convention on Cluster Munitions, adopted on May 30, 2008 in Dublin, Ireland, and signed by the Republic of Bulgaria on 3 December 2008 in Oslo, Norway.
The law was adopted by the 41 th National Assembly on February 10, 2011 and was affixed with the official seal of the National Assembly.
