I DECLARE:

To be published in the Official Gazette the law amending and supplementing the law on administrative regulation of the production and trade of optical discs, matrices and other media containing objects of copyright and related rights, adopted by the National Assembly of the HLI 20 September 2011.

LAW

amending and supplementing the law on administrative regulation of the production and trade of optical discs, matrices and other media containing objects of copyright and related rights (official SG. 74 2005; amend., SG. 105 by 2005, issue 30, 34 and 80 of 2006, 53 and 84/2007, no. 82/2009 and no. 25 of 2011.)

§ 1. In art. 8 the following endorsements are added:

1. In paragraph 8. 1 item 5 is created:

"5. the number and date of the application for registration under this article, submitted by the applicant, if any, and the issued certificate as per art. 10. "

2. in the Al. 3 creating the second sentence: "in this case, the documents referred to in para. 2, item 5, shall apply, if they have not been applied to earlier applications filed by the same person, a certificate of conviction under para. 2, item 6 – If the expired period of validity of the certificate of conviction, annexed to the application lodged by the same person. "

§ 2. In art. 15, para. 2 item 3 shall be repealed.

§ 3. In art. 24, para. 2, item 1 last comma and added "when the transaction under art. 4, item 3 of them not subject to certification in accordance with this Act ".

§ 4. In art. 25, para. 2, item 1 last comma and added "when the transaction under art. 4, item 3 of them not subject to certification in accordance with this Act ".

Transitional provision

§ 5. Open and outstanding until the entry into force of this law the proceedings under art. 8, 15, 24 and 25 shall be considered and completed by the previous line.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly on 20 September 2011 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
