amending and supplementing the criminal procedure code (official SG. 86 of 2005; amend., SG. 46 and 109 from the 2007 No. 69 and 109 in 2008, issue 12, 27, 32 and 33 by 2009, issue 15, 32 and 101 of 2010, issue 13, 33, 60, 61 and 93 from 2011; Decision No. 10 by 2011. the Constitutional Court – No. 93 from 2011)

§ 1. In art. 41, para. 1, after the word "crimes" is added "or".

§ 2. In art. 353, para. 5 after the word "held" a comma and add "except in the cases under art. 354, para. 5, second sentence ".

§ 3. In art. 411 and following amendments and supplements shall be made:

1. In paragraph 8. 5 after the word "crimes" is added "or".

2. a new paragraph. 6:

"(6) where the prosecution for two or more crimes that have a connection with each other and one of them is referred to in para. 1, 2 or 3, the case for all crimes was the culprit of the specialized criminal court. "

3. The current paragraph. 6 it al. 7. § 4. In § 9, para. 2 of the transitional and concluding provisions of the law amending and supplementing the criminal procedure code (official SG 13 of 2011; amend., SG. 61 by 2011) creates a second sentence: "the judicial control over such proceedings shall be carried out by the Court be competent until 31 December 2011."

Final provision

§ 5. The law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

The law was passed by the National Assembly 41-Otto on 22 February 2012 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
