amending and supplementing the law of municipal property (promulgated, SG. 44 of 1996; amend., SG. 104 of 1996 No. 55 of 1997 No. 22 and 93 of 1998, no. 23, 56, 64, 67, 69 and 96 of 1999, no. 26 of 2000 No. 34 of 2001 No. 120 of 2002, no. 101 in 2004. , PC. 29, 30 and 36, 2006, issue. 59, 63 and 92 of 2007, PC. 54, 70 and 100 from 2008, PCs. 10, 17, 19 and 41 of the 2009 PCs. 87 from 2010, PC. 15 and 19 of 2011 and PCs. 45 by 2012.)

§ 1. In art. 9 the following amendments and supplements shall be made:

1. In paragraph 8. 1 Finally a comma and add "including against natural disasters and earthquakes".

2. paragraph 2 is replaced by the following:

"(2) the Municipal Board shall determine the properties – private municipal property which are subject to compulsory insurance, including insurance against risks under para. 1. "

3. a para. 5:

"(5) may not be deductible under the compulsory insurance of the property under para. 1 and 2 against the risks, "natural disasters" and "earthquake."

§ 2. In art. 37 following amendments and supplements shall be made:

1. In paragraph 8. 5, the words "can" be deleted, and after the word "shall", "shall be added without auction or contest".

2. in the Al. 6 the words "can" be deleted, and after the word "shall", "shall be added without auction or contest".

§ 3. In art. 39, para. 4, the words "may be established" shall be replaced by ' shall be established without auction or contest ".

§ 4. In art. 59 al. 6 shall be amended as follows:

"(6) Municipalities do not pay fees for the issuing of drawings and the provision of reference for the properties-municipal property."

Final provision

§ 5. Paragraph 1 shall apply from 1 January 2013.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly of 7 November 2012 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
