LAW

amending and supplementing the law on military and voennopostradalite (official SG. 27 of 2005; amend., SG. 88 by 2005, 110/2008, no. 35/2009 16/2010 No. 23 of 2011 and 20 by 2012.)

§ 1. In art. 6, after the word "national" is a comma and add "local and regional".

§ 2. In art. 15 is made the following changes and additions:

1. Paragraph 1 shall be amended as follows:

(1) Military with 50 and over 50 per cent reduced working capacity are entitled to prescription-only medicinal products on the list approved by the Minister of health, as the funds are at the expense of the State budget. "

2. in the Al. 2, after the words "Military disabled worker up to 50 percent" is added "and voennopostradalite within the meaning of art. 4, paragraphs 1 and 4 ".

3. in the Al. 4, the words "para. 1 and 2 "shall be replaced by" para. 2. "

4. in the Al. 5, after the words "Minister of defence" is added to "Minister of finance and Minister of labour and social policy".

§ 3. In art. 16, after the words "15 days" once a year "is added" and the word "once" is replaced with "total" twice.

§ 4. In art. 17 paragraph. 4:

"(4) an escort of voennoinvalid with over 90 percent damage to a particular foreign aid can travel in v″trešnogradskiâ transport with the transport document of the entitled person, including when not accompanied him."

§ 5. In art. the following 20 amendments:

1. The current text becomes paragraph 1.

§ 8. The law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

The law was adopted by the 42nd National Assembly on 18 June 2014 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
