Ratifies the Agreement for the provision of advisory services for assistance in strengthening the functions and capacity-building in State energy and water Regulatory Commission and achieving optimization of the costs of compliance with Directive 91/271/EEC concerning urban waste water between the Ministry of regional development and the International Bank for reconstruction and development signed on 4 April 2014.

Paragraph only. The law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

The law was adopted by the 42nd National Assembly on July 24, 2014 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
