Art. 1. Ratify the loan contract between the Republic of Bulgaria and the EU WOULD BANK MY H P EL, SOCIETE GENERALE, Citibank, EN (London Branch) and UniCredit bulbank JSC. – in the role of registrars and authorized leading promoters, UniCredit Bank AG (London Branch) – in the role of agent, signed on 8 December 2014.

Art. 2. the law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

The law was passed by the National Assembly-43 on 12 December 2014 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
