LAW

amending the law on Bulgarian News Agency (official SG. 99 by 2011; 78/by 2012 – the Decision of the Constitutional Court No. 11 by 2012; amend., no. 15 by 2013 and by 19/2014)

Paragraph only. Article 16 shall be amended as follows:

"Art. 16. (1) the Director General of the BTA each year no later than 30 April presented for discussion in the National Assembly a report on its activities, including the financial report.

(2) The Standing Committee of the National Assembly shall examine the report in al. 1 and shall draw up a report thereon which shall be considered by the National Assembly.

(3) the National Assembly debated and adopted a report under para. 1.

(4) the decision of the National Assembly on the adoption of the report referred to in paragraph 1. 1 on the activities of the BTA shall be promulgated in the State Gazette.

The law was passed by the National Assembly-43 on 23 September 2015 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
