I DECLARE:

To be published in the Official Gazette the law for ratification of the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Government of the Republic of Poland concerning the provision of logistical support for aircraft MiG-29 HLÌÌI, adopted by the National Assembly on 27 November 2015.

of ratification of the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Government of the Republic of Poland concerning the provision of logistical support for aircraft MiG-29

Art. 1. Ratify the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Government of the Republic of Poland concerning the provision of logistical support for the MiG-29, signed on 22 October 2015. in Warsaw, Republic of Poland.

Art. 2. The agreement referred to in art. 1 not to be promulgated in the State Gazette.

Final provision

Paragraph only. The law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

The law was passed by the National Assembly-43 on 27 November 2015 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
