§ 1. In art. 34, item 1 the words "75 thousand" are replaced by "$ 50,000".

§ 2. In art. 35, para. 1 paragraph 1 shall be replaced by the following:

1. There shall be at least:

a total of 1500) members and not less than 50 000 employees in all members of the managers ' organisation, or

(b)) 100 000 employees, employed under a contract of employment, in all managers ' organisation members; ".

Final provision

§ 3. The law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

The law was passed by the National Assembly-43 on 27 January 2016 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
