Article only. Ratified the agreement on the single patent court, signed in Brussels on 19 February 2013 by the Member States of the European Court of Justice, with the exception of Spain and Poland, and by the Republic of Bulgaria on 5 March 2013.

Final provision

Paragraph only. The law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

The law was passed by the National Assembly-43 on April 8, 2016 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
