Law amending the Law on Ratification of the Convention № 102 of the International Labour Organisation Social Security (Minimum Standards), 1952 (SG. 54 2008)
sole paragraph. The only declaration to be amended as follows:
"Republic of Bulgaria declares that he accepts the obligations arising from Sections II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII and X, in conjunction with Art. 2, letter "a" of the Convention. "
Law was adopted by the 43rd National Assembly on June 8, 2016 and was affixed with the official seal of the National Assembly.
