Homologa the administrative demarcation of the Indigenous Crenaque Land (Krenak), located in the Municipality of Resplendor, State of Minas Gerais.

THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the exercise of the post of President of the Republic, using the assignment that gives him the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and with a view to art. 19, § 1º, of Law No. 6,001, of December 19, 1973, and the art. 5º of Decree No. 1,775, of January 8, 1996,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º It is homologated to administrative demarcation, promoted by the National Indigenous Foundation-FUNAI, of Indigenous land intended for possession permanent of the indigenous group Crenaque (Krenak), described below: the Indigenous Land named Crenaque (Krenak), with surface area of four thousand, thirty-nine hectares, eighty-two airs and forty and one centiars and perimeter of twenty-seven thousand, four hundred and five meters and fifty nine centimeters, situated in the Municipality of Resplendor, State of Minas Gerais, circumscribes to the following limits: NORTH: departing from the milestone M-4 of geographical coordinates 19º12 '05.53 " S and 41º20' 58, 89" WGr., follows by straight line up to the landmark M-5 of geographical coordinates 19º12 '03, 38 "S and 41º20' 53, 67" WGr; hence, it follows by straight line up to the landmark M-6 of geographical coordinates 19º11'51, 31" S and 41º20 ' 28, 38 " WGr; hence, it follows by straight line up to the milestone M-7 of geographical coordinates 19º11'44,01 "S and 41º20 ' 12, 32" WGr; hence, it follows by straight line up to the landmark M-8 of geographical coordinates 19º11'38, 70 "S and 41º19 56,05" WGr; hence, it follows by straight line up to the milestone M-9 of geographical coordinates 19º11'40, 79" S and 41º19 '45, 63" WGr; hence, it follows by straight line, confronting with lands of Rubens Gomes Vilete, up to the landmark M-21 of geographical coordinates 19º13 '27, 60 "S and 41º15' 38,56" WGr.; hence, it follows by straight line, confronting with land of Rubens Gomes Vilete, João Pereira Martins and Altair Quadros, up to the landmark M-22 of geographical coordinates 19º13 '48, 60" S and 41º15' 57, 35 " WGr.; from the landmark M-22 to the landmark M-24 clash with landmark M-24 Altair Frames; SUL: from the point before described, it follows in a straight line, confronting with lands of Altair Quadros and Fizinho Lobo, up to the landmark M-24A of geographical coordinates 19º14 '40, 30 " S and 41º16' 45, 14" WGr.; hence, it follows by straight line, confronting with lands of Fizinho Lobo and Osmar Deatriz, up to the landmark M-25 of geographical coordinates 19º15 '05, to 35 " S and 41º17' 10,09" WGr.; hence, it follows by straight line, confronting with Osmar Deatriz lands, up to the geodetic landmark MG-02 of geographical coordinates 19º15 '15, 46 "S and 41º17' 23, 72" WGr.; hence it follows by the left bank of the Rio Doce, upstream, up to the geodetic landmark M-G1 of geographical coordinates 19º13 '53, 62" S and 41º20' 33, 99" WGr; WEST: from the milestone before described, follows by straight line up to the landmark M-1 of geographical coordinates 19º13 '23.03 "S and 41º20' 41,07" WGr.; hence, it follows by straight line up to the landmark M-2 of geographical coordinates 19º12 '50, 68" S and 41º20' 48, 30 "WGr.; hence, it follows by straight line up to the landmark M-3 of geographical coordinates 19º12 ' 19, to 74" S and 41º20 ' 55,59" WGr.; hence, it follows by straight line up to the milestone M-4, start of the description of this perimeter. From the geodetic landmark MG-1 to the landmark M-1 confronts itself with lands of Balbino Lagnier de Lacerda. Art. 2º This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
