DECREE OF September 6, 2001.

Declares of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate it mentions, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon him the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 2nd of the Supplemental Act no 76, of July 6, 1993, 18 and 20 of the Law no 4,504, of November 30, 1964, and 2nd of the Law no 8,629, of February 25, 1993,

DECRETA:

Art. 1st Ficam declared of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, in the terms of the arts. 18, letters "a", "b", "c" and "d", and 20, inciso VI, of the Law no 4,504, of November 30, 1964, and 2nd of the Law no 8,629, of February 25, 1993, the following rural real estate:

Art. 2nd Excludes from the effects of this Decree the semovents, the machines and the agricultural implements, as well as the existing benfeits in the real estate referred to in art. 1st and belonging to those who will be benefited from their targeting.

Art. 3rd The National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform -I NCRA gets authorized to promote the dismisionations of rural real estate that it treats this Decree, in the form provided for in the Supplementary Act No 76 of July 6, 1993, and to keep the areas of Legal Reserve and permanent preservation provided for in the Act No 4,771 of September 15, 1965, preferentially in single gleba, so as to reconcile the settlement with the preservation of the environment.

Art. 4th This Decree enters into force on the date of its publication.
