DECREE N ° 7,686, OF 1 °- FROM MARCH 2012

Promulga the Agreement on Financial Cooperation for the Project "Renewable Energy Credit Program" between the Republic Federative of Brazil and the Federal Republic of Germany.

THE PRESIDING OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that gives you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and

Considering that the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Federal Republic of Germany firmed, in Brasilia, on May 14, 2008, the Agreement on Financial Cooperation for the Project "Renewable Energy Credit Program";

Whereas the National Congress has approved the Agreement, through the Legislative Decree No. 2, of 1 ° January 2011;

Considering that the Agreement entered into force for the Federative Republic of Brazil, in the external legal plan, on January 18, 2011, pursuant to its Article 5;

D E C R E T A :

Art. 1 ° The Agreement on Financial Cooperation for the Project "Renewable Energy Credit Program" firmed by the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Federal Republic of Germany, in Brasilia, on May 14, 2008, apensed by copy to this Decree, will executed and fulfilled as entirely as it contains.

Art. 2 ° Are subject to the approval of the National Congress any acts that may result in revision of the said Agreement, as well as any supplementary adjustments which, pursuant to the incisions I of the caput of the art. 49 of the Constitution, carries charges or gravy commitments to the national heritage.

Art. 3 ° This Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
