Disposes on the conversion to the modified version of the ALADI Nomenclature based on the Harmonized System of Designation and Coding of Goods (NALADI/SH 96) of the Agrolivestock Agreement No. 2 for the Liberalization and Expansion of Intra-Regional Trade of Seeds, between the Governments of the Federative Republic of Brazil, of the Argentine Republic, of the Republic of Bolivia, of the Republic of Chile, of the Republic of Colombia, the Republic of Cuba, the Republic of Ecuador, the Republic of Paraguay, the Republic of Peru, the Eastern Republic of Uruguay and the Republic of Venezuela.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that confers you the art. 84 inciso IV, of the Constitution,

CONSIDERING the Treaty of Montevideo of 1980, which created the Latin American Integration Association (ALADI), signed by Brazil on August 12, 1980 and approved by the National Congress by means of the Legislative Decree No. 66 of November 16, 1981, provides for the modality of Partial Reach Agreement, in which the Agrolivestock Agreements have been framed;

CONSIDERING that the ALADI Representation Committee, based on the Treaty of Montevideo of 1980, approved, on December 26, 1995, in Montevideo, Resolution 214, which modifies the ALADI Nomenclature based on the Harmonized System of Designation and Coding of Goods (NALADI/SH), and that these modifications shall be incorporated into the Agrolivestock Agreement No. 2 for the Liberalization and Expansion of Intra-Regional Trade of Seeds, among the Governments of the Federative Republic of Brazil, of the Republic of Bolivia, of the Republic of Chile, of the Republic of Chile, of the Republic of Colombia, the Republic of Cuba, the Republic of Ecuador, the Republic of Paraguay, the Republic of Peru, the Eastern Republic of Uruguay and Venezuela, signed on November 22, 1991 (Decree No. 775 of March 19, 1993);

Decrees:

Art. 1º The adjustment of the resulting references of conversion to the modified version of the ALADI nomenclature based on the Harmonized System of Assignment and Coding of Goods (NALADI/SH 96) of the Agrolivestock Agreement No. 2 for the Liberalization and Expansion of Intra-Regional Trade of Seeds, among the Governments of the Federative Republic of Brazil, of the Argentine Republic, of the Republic of Chile, of the Republic of Colombia, of the Republic of Cuba, the Republic of Ecuador, the Republic of Paraguay, the Republic of Peru, the Eastern Republic of Uruguay and the Republic of Venezuela, apensed by copy to the present Decree, shall be executed and fulfilled as entirely as in it if contains.

Art. 2º This Decree will enter into force on the date of its publication.
