Art. 2 ° Excludes? if of the effects of this Decree the soothing, the machines and the implements agricultural, as well as the existing benfeits in the real estate referred to in the previous article and belonging to those who will be benefited from it.
Art. 3 ° The National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform-INCRA is hereby authorized to promote the rural real estate dispropriations of which it treats this Decree, in the manner provided for in the Supplementary Act No. 76 of July 6, 1993, and to keep the areas of Legal Reserve and permanent preservation provided for in Law No. 4,771, of September 15, 1965, preferentially in single gleba, so as to reconcile the settlement with the preservation of the environment.
Art. 4 ° This Decree takes effect on the date of its publication
