DECREE NO. 8,482, OF July 7, 2015

Promulgates the Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Russian Federation on Technical Cooperation-Military, firming in Rio de Janeiro, 26 from November 2008.

THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the exercise of the post of PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that confers it on art. 84, Caput, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and Whereas it was struck by the Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Russian Federation on Technical Cooperation-Military, in Rio de Janeiro, on November 26, 2008;

Whereas the National Congress passed the Agreement through the Legislative Decree no 282 of May 19, 2010;

Whereas the Agreement entered into force for the Federative Republic of Brazil, in the plan external legal, on June 26, 2010, pursuant to paragraph 1 of its Article 11;

DECRETA:

Art. 1º It is promulgated the Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Russian Federation on Technical Cooperation-Munich, firming in Rio de Janeiro, on November 26, 2008, annex to this Decree.

Art. 2º Are subject to the approval of the National Congress acts that may result in revision of the Agreement and supplementary adjustments that entail gravy charges or commitments to the national heritage, pursuant to the inciso I of the caput of the art. 49 of the Constitution.

Art. 3º This Decree comes into force on the date of its publication.
