Homologa a administrative demarcation of the Apipica Indigenous Land, located in the Municipality of Careiro da Várzea, in the State of Amazonas.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that gives him art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and with a view to the provisions of the arts. 19, § 1 °, of Law No. 6,001, of December 19, 1973, and 5 ° of Decree No. 1,775 of January 8, 1996,

DECRETA:

Art. 1 ° It is approved to be approved of administrative demarcation, promoted by the National Indigenous Foundation-FUNAI, of indigenous land intended for the permanent possession of the indigenous Mura group, hereinafter described: the Indigenous Land named Apipica, with surface of six hundred and fifty hectares, seventy-five airs and sixty-two centiars and perimeter of twenty-one thousand, eight hundred and twenty-six meters and ninety-six centimeters, situated in the Municipality of Careiro da Várzea, in the State of Amazonas, circumscribes to the following limits: GLEBA A, with surface area of three hundred and thirty-two hectares, six airs and seventy four centiars and perimeter of twelve thousand, eight hundred and thirty-eight meters and sixty-four centimeters. NORTH: departing from point P-01, of approximate geodetic coordinates 03 ° 21?07 "S and 59 ° 21?33" WGr., situated at the confluence of the Igarapé Cavaco with Lake Apipica, follows by the said lake in the general direction northeast to the SAT-02, of geodetic coordinates 03 ° 20?42,5047 "S and 59 ° 20?51,0099" WGr; EAST: from the point before described, it follows by a straight line, up to the milestone M-06, of geodetic coordinates 03 ° 21?14, 4640" S and 59 ° 20?57, 2957" WGr.; hence, it follows by a straight line, up to the milestone M-07, of coordinates geodesics 03 ° 21?46, 3585 "S and 59 ° 21?03,5658" WGr.; hence, it follows by a straight line, up to the milestone M-08, of geodetic coordinates 03 ° 22?17, 4280" S and 59 ° 21?09, 6720" WGr.; situated at the bedside of the Igarapé Bota N?Water; hence, it follows by a straight line, up to the milestone M-09, of geodetic coordinates 03 ° 22?38, 6813??S and 59 ° 21?11, 2496?? GLEBA B, with three hundred and twenty hectares, sixty-eight airs and eighty-eight centiars and perimeter of eight thousand, nine hundred and eighty-eight meters and thirty-two centimeters. NORTH: departing from point P-01, of approximate geodetic coordinates 03 ° 21?05 " S and 59 ° 19?40" WGr., situated at the confluence of the Igarapé Curuçá with Lake Apipica, follows by the said lake in the general direction east, up to the point P-02, of coordinates approximate geodetics 03 ° 21?07 "S and 59 ° 19?19" WGr., situated at the confluence with the Igarapé Macaco; EAST: from the point before described, it follows by the Igarapé Macaco, upstream, up to the landmark SAT-03, of geodetic coordinates 03 ° 21?52,0387" S and 59 ° 19?17, 3259 " WGr., situated on its bedside; hence, it follows by a straight line, up to the milestone M-20, of geodetic coordinates 03 ° 22?22, 2009?? WGr.; hence, it follows by a straight line, up to the landmark SAT-05, of geodetic coordinates 03 ° 22?36,0514 " S and 59 ° 19?19, 4749" WGr., situated on the right bank of the Igarapé Maguari, at the confluence with an igarapé with no denomination; SUL: from the point before described, follows by the igarapé without denomination, upstream, up to the landmark SAT-06, of geodetic coordinates 03º22?50, 4662 " S and 59º19?54, 3020" WGr., situated on its bedside; WEST: from the point before described, it follows by a straight line, up to the milestone M-31, of coordinates geodesics 03 ° 22?34, 3239 "S and 59 ° 19?56, 8555" WGr.; hence, it follows by a straight line, up to the landmark SAT-07, of geodetic coordinates 03 ° 22?09, 8376" S and 59 ° 20?00, 7385" WGr.; situated at the bedside of the Igarapé Curuçá; hence, it follows by the said igarapé, the downstream, to the point P-01, inicio of the description of this perimeter.
