DECREE OF August 18, 2006.

Declara of social interest, for purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named?Green Low farmhouse?, situated in the Rio municipalities of Rio Branco and Senator Guiomard, State of the Acre, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon him the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 2nd of the Supplemental Act no 76, of July 6, 1993, 18 and 20 of the Law no 4,504, of November 30, 1964, and 2nd of Law no 8,629, of February 25, 1993,

DECRETA:

Art. 1st It is declared of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named?Green Low farm?, with area of five thousand, seven hectares, twenty-seven airs and seventy and two centiars, situated in the Municipalities of Rio Branco and Senator Guiomard, object of the Matriculation in the 4,262, Fichas 01 and 02, Book 2, of the Estate Registration Office of the White River Comarch, and 5,351, Fichas 01 a 03, Book 2, of the Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Senator Guiomard, State of the Acre (PROC/INCRA/SR-14 / No 54260.000289 /2006-29).

Art. 2nd Excludes from the effects of this Decree the semovents, the machines and the agricultural implements, as well as the existing benfeits in the immovable referred to in art. 1st and belonging to those who will be benefited from their destination.

Art. 3rd The National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform-INCRA is allowed to promote the rural impropriation of the rural real estate from which it treats this Decree, in the manner provided for in the Supplementary Act No. 76 of July 6, 1993 and to maintain the areas of Legal Reserve and permanent preservation, provided for in the Law no 4,771, of September 15, 1965, preferentially in single gleba, so as to reconcile the settlement with the preservation of the environment.

Art. 4th This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
