Promulgate the Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of the Brazil and the Government of the Republic of Nicaragua on the Exercise of Paid Activities by Dependents of Diplomatic, Consular, Administrative and Technical Personnel, Firm in Managua, on August 8, 2007.
THE PRESIDENT OF THE FEDERAL SUPREME COURT, in the exercise of the post of PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that give you the art. 80, the art. 84, caput, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and
Considering that it was struck the Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of Nicaragua on the Exercise of Paid Activities by Dependents of Diplomatic, Consular, Administrative and Technical Personnel, in Managua, on August 8, 2007;
Whereas the National Congress has approved the Agreement through Legislative Decree No. 706, of October 23, 2009; and
Considering that the Agreement entered into force for the Republic Federative of Brazil, in the external legal plan, on October 27, 2011, pursuant to the first paragraph of its Article 5;
DECRETA:
Art. 1º It is promulgated the Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of Nicaragua on the Exercise of Paid Activities by Dependents of Diplomatic, Consular, Administrative and Technical Staff, firming in Managua, on August 8, 2007, annex to this Decree.
Art. 2º Are subject to the approval of the National Congress acts that may result in revision of the Agreement and supplementary adjustments that entail gravy charges or commitments to the national heritage, pursuant to the inciso I of the caput of the art. 49 of the Constitution.
Art. 3º This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
