THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attributions that confer upon you the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 2o of the Supplemental Act no 76, of July 6, 1993, 18 and 20 of the Law no 4,504, of November 30, 1964, and 2o of the Act no 8,629, of February 25, 1993,
DECRETA:
Art. 1o Ficam declared of social interest, for purposes of agrarian reform, in the terms of the arts. 18, letters "a", "b", "c" and "d", and 20, inciso VI, of the Law no 4,504, of November 30, 1964, and 2o of the Law no 8,629, of February 25, 1993, the following rural real estate:

Art. 2o Excludes from the effects of this Decree the semovents, the agricultural machinery and implements, as well as the existing benfeons in the real estate referred to in the previous article and belonging to those who will be benefited from it.
Art. 3o The National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform-INCRA is allowed to promote the rural real estate dispropriations of which it treats this Decree, in the manner provided for in the Supplementary Act no 76, of July 6, 1993, and to maintain the areas of Legal Booking and permanent preservation provided for in Law no 4,771, of September 15, 1965, preferentially in single gleba, so as to reconcile the settlement with the preservation of the environment.
Art. 4o This Decree takes effect on the date of its publication.
