Declared of social interest, for the purposes of misappropriation, the private real estate included in the boundaries of the Middle Juruá Extractive Reservation, located in the Municipality of Carauari, in the State of Amazonas, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that confers it on art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and with a view to the provisions of the art. 2º, inciso VII, of Law No. 4,132, of September 10, 1962, amended by Law No. 6,513 of December 20, 1977, and Law No. 9,985 of July 18, 2000.

DECRETA:

Art. 1º Ficam declared of social interest, for the purposes of misappropriation, by the Brazilian Institute of the Environment and Renewable Natural Resources-IBAMA, the real estate constituted of land and benfeits existing on the boundaries of the Middle Juruá Extrativist Reserve, situated in the Municipality of Carauari, in the State of Amazonas, created by Decree March 4, 1997.

Art. 2º The IBAMA is authorized to promote, in the form of the current legislation, the disappropriation of land and benfeasas, contained in the Extractivist Middle Juruá reserve, intended for its deployment, using its budget and financial resources.

Art. 3º Stay resourced the legal effects of the effective acts on the basis of a declaration of social interest, for the purposes of dispropriation, practiced since the effective of the Decree of March 4, 1997.

Art. 4º This decree comes into force on the date of its publication.
