Homologa the Administrative demarcation of the Indigenous Michael / Josefa Land, located in the Municipality of Autazes, states of Amazonas.

THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the exercise of the post of President of the Republic, using the assignment that gives him the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and with a view to art. 19, § 1º, of Law No. 6,001, of December 19, 1973, and the art. 5º of Decree No. 1,775, of January 8, 1996,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º It is homologated to administrative demarcation, promoted by the National Indigenous Foundation-FUNAI, of Indigenous land intended for possession permanent of the indigenous Mura group, described below: the Indigenous Land named Miguel / Josefa, with surface of a thousand six hundred and twenty-eight hectares, eighty ares and nineties and a centimeter and perimeter of seventeen thousand, eight hundred and sixteen metres and thirty-one centimetres, located in the Municipality of Autazes, in the State of Amazonas, circumscribes to the following limits: NORTH: departing from the Marco SAT-03 of geographical coordinates 03º47 '51, 70513' 'S and 59º10' 34, 15671 '' Wgr, located at the bedside of the Igarapé do Miguel, follows the cited igarapé downstream to the Point P-01 of geographical coordinates 03º47 '34.5582' 'S and 59º09' 26, 7989 '' Wgr, located at the confluence of the cited igarapé with the Lake of the Miguel; hence, it follows by the margin of the said lake to the Point P-02 of geographical coordinates 03º47 '23.0596' 'S and 59º08' 29, 8027 '' Wgr, located at the confluence of an igarapé with no denomination with the Lake of the Miguel; EAST: from the point before described, follows downstream of the said igarapé to the Point P-03 of geographical coordinates 03º47 '35, 3254' 'S and 59º07' 48.5281 '' Wgr, located at the confluence of the said igarapé with the Igarapé do Sampaio; hence, it follows downstream to the Point P-04 of geographical coordinates 03º48 '01, 3261' 'S and 59º07' 37, 1559 '' Wgr, located at the confluence of the said igarapé with an igarapé with no denomination; hence, it follows downstream by the igarapé of the Sampaio to the Point P-05 of geographical coordinates 03º49 '57, 6140' 'S and 59º08' 05, 4196 '' Wgr, located at the confluence of the cited igarapé with Sampaio Lake; SUL: from the point before described, it follows by a straight line, with azimuth and distance of 322º26 '17 " and 1,132.85 meters, up to the Marco SAT-01 of geographical coordinates 03º49' 29.06836 '' S and 59º09 '28, 36030' ' Wgr; WEST: from the point before described, follows by a straight line, with azimuth and distance of 305º45 '01 "and 999.30 meters, up to the Marco M-01 of geographical coordinates 03º49' 09, 26342 '' S and 59º09 '53, 95236' 'Wgr.; hence, it follows by a straight line, with azimut and distance of 307º28' 48" and 850.74 meters, up to the Marco M-02 of geographical coordinates 03º48 '52, to 36056' 'S and 59º10' 15, 78408 '' Wgr.; hence, it follows by a straight line, with azimut and distance of 342º55 '56 " and 997.15 meters, up to the Marco M-03 of geographical coordinates 03º48' 21, 31322 '' S and 59º10 '25, 18865' 'Wgr.; hence, it follows by a straight line, with azimut and distance of 342º55' 59 " and 950.92 meters, up to the Marco SAT-3, start of the description of this perimeter (from the Marco SAT-01, up to the Marco SAT-03, is faced with Union domain lands). Cartographic basis used in the elaboration of this descriptive memorial: SA.21-Y-C-V-1:100.000-DSG-1980.

Art. 2º This Decree takes effect on the date of its publication.
