DECREE NO. 3,926, OF September 19, 2001

Authorizes deposit of Union-owned shares in the Federal Furnished Debt Amortization Fund, and gives other providence.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that confers it on art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and with a view to the provisions of the art. 30 of Law No. 9,069, of June 29, 1995, and 3º of Decree No. 1,312 of November 18, 1994,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º It is authorized the deposit, in the Federal Corporate Debt Amortization Fund, of which it treats the art. 29 of Law No. 9,069 of June 29, 1995 of the following actions discriminated against:

I-of Telecommunications of Roraima S.A. -84,099 nominative common shares, entitled to vote, representative of 0.011% of the social capital;

II-of the Telecommunications of Roraima S.A. -256,575 nominative preferred shares, class "A", with no voting rights, representative of 0.034% of the social capital;

III-of the Telecommunications of the Amazon S.A. -24,468 nominative common shares, entitled to vote, representative of 0.003% of the social capital;

IV-of Telecommunications of Amazonia S.A. -291,144 nominative preferred shares, class "A", with no voting rights, representative of 0.037% of the social capital;

V-of Telecommunications of Alagoas S.A. -19,643 nominative common shares, entitled to vote, representative of 0.0003% of the social capital;

VI-of the Telecommunications of Alagoas S.A. -871,048 nominative preferred shares, class "A", with no voting rights, representative of 0.012% of the social capital;

VII-of Telecommunications of Amapá S.A. -36,098 nominative common shares, entitled to vote, representative of 0.004% of the social capital;

VIII-of the Telecommunications of Amapá S.A. -622,204 nominative preferred shares, class "A", without the right to vote, representative of 0.061% of the social capital;

IX-of Telecommunications of Bahia S.A. -15,744 nominative common shares, entitled to vote, representative of 0.0002% of the social capital;

X-of Telecommunications of Bahia S.A. -1,863,956 nominative preferred shares, class "A", without the right to vote, representative of 0.018% of the social capital;

XI-of Telecommunications of Ceará S.A. -12,077 nominative preferred shares, class "A", without voting rights, representative of 0.001% of the social capital;

XII-of the Telecommunications of Minas Gerais S.A. -55,631 nominative common shares, entitled to vote, representative of 0.0002% of the social capital;

XIV-of Telecommunications of Para S.A. -89,900 nominative common shares, entitled to vote, representative of 0.004% of the social capital;

XV-of Telecommunications of Pará S.A. -89,853 nominative preferred shares, class "A", without the right to vote, representative of 0.004% of the social capital;

XVII-of Telecommunications of Piauí S.A. -340,080 nominative preferred shares, class "A", with no voting rights, representative of 0.014% of the social capital;

XVIII-of Telecommunications of Sergipe S.A. -22,642 nominative common shares, entitled to vote, representative of 0.002% of the social capital;

XIX-of the Telecommunications of Sergipe S.A. -22,529 nominative preferred shares, class "A", without the right to vote, representative of 0.002% of the social capital;

XXXII-of Telecommunications of Pernambuco S.A. -20,772 nominative common shares, entitled to vote, representative of 0.0003% of the social capital;

XXXIII-of the Telecommunications of Pernambuco S.A. -22,050 nominative preferred shares, class "A", without the right to vote, representative of 0.0003% of the social capital;

XXXV-da BRASIL TELECOM S.A. -40,358 nominative preferred shares, with no right to vote, representative of 0.00001% of the social capital.

Art. 2º Ficam withdrawals from the Amortization Fund of the Federal Corporate Debt 6,557,780 shares Nominal issuance of issuance of Banco do Brasil S.A., representative of 0.0009% of the social capital, included through the Decrees n^os 1,349, of December 28, 1994, 2,248, of June 9, 1997, and 3,082, of June 10, 1999.

Art. 3º This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
