DECREE NO. 6,161, OF July 20, 2007.

Disposes on the inclusion and exclusion, in the National Disestatization Program-PND, of transmission ventures of Electrical energy integral of the Basic Network of the National Interconnected Electrical System-SIN, determines to the National Electrical Energy Agency-ANEEL the promotion and monitoring of the bidding processes of the respective concessions, and gives other providences.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that gives him the art. 84, incisments IV and VI, paragraph (a?) of the Constitution, and with a view to the provisions of the Act No 9,491 of September 9, 1997,

DECRETA:

Art. 1st Ficam included in the National Disestatization Program-PND, for the purposes of the Law no 9,491, of September 9, 1997, the following ventures of electric power transmission integral of the Basic Network of the National Interconnected Electrical System-SIN:

I-Interlink Tucuruí-PA-Manaus-AM, constituted of:

a) Transmission Line Tucuruí-Xingu, at 500 kV, in the State of Pará;

b) Transmission Line Xingu-Jurupari, at 500 kV, and Jurupari Substation, at 500/230 kV, in the State of Pará;

c) Jurupari-Oriximab Transmission Line, at 500 kV, and Oriximiná Substation, at 500/138 kV, in the State of the Pará;

d) Oriximiná-Itacoatiara Transmission Line, at 500 kV, and Substation Itacoatiara, in 500/138 kV, in the States of Pará and Amazonas; and

and) Transmission Line Itacoatiara-Cariri (Manaus), at 500 kV, and Cariri Substation, at 500/230 kV, in the State of Amazonas;

II-Interlink Tucuruí-PA-Macapá-AP, constituted of:

a) Jurupari-Laranjal Transmission Line, at 230 kV, and Laranjal Substation, at 230/69 kV, in the States of Pará and Amapá; and

b) Onejal-Macapá transmission line, at 230 kV, and Macapá Substation, at 230/69 kV, in the Amapá State;

III-Second Line of Transmission Hills-Ribeiro Gonçalves, Simple Circuit, in 500 kV, nos States of Tocantins and Piauí;

IV-Second Line of Transmission Ribeiro Gonçalves-Saint John of the Piauí, Simple Circuit, at 500 kV, in the State of the Piauí;

V-Transmission Line Are John of the Piauí-Miracles, Simple circuit, in 500 kV, in the states of the Piauí and Ceará;

VI- Garden-Penedo Transmission Line, Simple Circuit, at 230 kV, in the Sergipe and Alagoas states;

VII-Line of Transmission Maggi-juba, Simple Circuit, at 230 kV, in the State of Mato Grosso;

VIII-Second Line of Transmission New Mutum-Smile, Simple Circuit, at 230 kV, in the State of Mato Grosso;

IX-Second Line of Transmission Smile-Sinop, Simple Circuit, at 230 kV, in the State of Mato Grosso;

X-Line of Transmission President Médici-Santa Cruz 1, Simple Circuit, in 230 kV, in the State of Rio Grande do Sul;

XI-Line of Transmission Batales-Pilarzinho, Simple Circuit, 230 kV, in the State of Paraná; and

XII-Transmission Line Are Luis II- Are Luis III, Circuit Simple, at 230 kV, and Substation São Luis III, in the State of the Maranhão.

Single paragraph. The electrical power transmission ventures referred to in this article further understand the implantation and magnification of the associated substations.

Art. 2nd Stay the National Electrical Energy Agency-ANEEL responsible for promoting and monitoring the licitatory procedures for the contracting of public services of transmission of electrical energy and to the respective concession leasers of the ventures referred to in art. 1st of this Decree, in the terms of what has the inciso II of the art. 3rd of the Law no 9,427, of December 26, 1996.

Art. 3rd Stay excluded from the Program National de demestatization-PND, for the purposes of the Law no 9,491, of September 9, 1997, the New Mutum Substation, constant of the inciso II of the art. 1st of the Decree No 5,909, of September 27, 2006.

Art. 4th This Decree enters into vigour on the date of its publication
