I do know that the Federal Senate has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President, in the terms of the arts. 48, inciso XXVIII, and 91, inciso II, of the Internal Rules, promulgated the following

R E S O L U Ç Ã ° 11, DE 2007

Suspend the execution of the legal expressions it mentions, contained in the 1988 Convênio ICM No. 66, and in Law No. 6,374, 1º March 1989, of the State of São Paulo, which dispose of the ICMS.

The Federal Senate resolves:

Art. 1º Is it suspended the execution of the expression? ... or the integration into the fixed asset of merchandise produced by the own establishment ...?, contained in the inciso II of § 1º of the art. 2º of the Convium ICM No. 66, of 1988, and of the expression? ... or the integration into the fixed asset, of merchandise ... produced by the establishment itself.?, contained in the original essay of item 2 of § 1º of the art. 2º of Law No. 6,374, 1º March 1989, of the State of São Paulo, by virtue of a declaration of unconstitutionality in definitive decision of the Supreme Court, in the autos of the Extraordinary Feature No. 158.834-9-SP.

Art. 2º This Resolution goes into effect on the date of its publication.
