Homologa the administrative demarcation of the Indigenous Boxing Earth, located in the Municipality of Alto Cheerful, in the State of Roraima.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that confers him the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and with a view to art. 19, § 1st, of the Law no 6,001, of December 19, 1973, and the art. 5th of the Decree no 1,775, January 8, 1996,

DECRETA:

Art. January 8, 1996 It is homologated to administrative demarcation, promoted by the National Indigenous Foundation-FUNAI, of Indigenous land intended for the permanent possession of the indigenous group Makuxi and individuals Wapixána, hereinafter described: the Indigenous Land named Boqueirão, with surface of sixteen thousand, three hundred and four hectares, seven airs and seventy six centiars and perimeter of fifty-four thousand, nine hundred and thirteen metres and fifty six centimetres, situated in the Municipality of Alto Alegre, in the State of Roraima, circumscribes to the following limits: NORTH: departing from point P-01, of geographical coordinates approximate 03º17 '19 "N and 61º20' 18" WGr., located at the confluence of the Igarapé Grande with the Igarapé Cupim, follows by this, upstream, up to point P-02, of approximate geographical coordinates 03º17 '06" N and 61º10' 14" WGr., located at the confluence with the Igarapé Macaca; Art. 2nd The indigenous land of which it treats this Decree, situated in the border strip, submit to the provisions of the art. 20, § 2nd, of the Constitution.

Art. 3rd This Decree comes into force on the date of its publication.
