DECREE NO. 4,019, OF November 19, 2001

Transfers the Decentralized Teaching Unit of Petrolina, from the Federal Centre for Technological Education of Pernambuco, to the Federal Center of Technological Education of Petrolina, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that confers him the art. 84, inciso VI, paragraph? a?, of the Constitution,

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1º As of 1º January 2002, is transferred the Petrolina Decentralized Teaching Unit, of the Federal Education Centre Technological of Pernambuco, for the Federal Centre for Technological Education of Petrolina.

§ 1º In function of the caput, they go on to integrate the Federal Centre for Technological Education of Petrolina, with no solution of continuity, independent of any formality, the units and respective courses currently delivered by the Petrolina Decentralized Teaching Unit.

§ 2º Students regularly enrolled in the transferred courses in the form of § 1ºpassam similarly to integrate the student body of the Federal Centre for Technological Education of Petrolina, independent of adaptation or any other formal requirement.

§ 3º Passam to integrate the Centre's heritage Federal of Technological Education of Petrolina, after inventory, the immovable property and the patrimonial of the Federal Center for Technological Education of Pernambuco of the Unit ora transferred.

Art. 2º From 1º January from 2002, stay remanded from the Federal Centre for Technological Education of Pernambuco for the Federal Centre for Technological Education of Petrolina three Direction Cargos (CD) and fourteen Gratified Functions (FG), being a CD-3, two CD-4, two FG-2 and twelve FG-4.

Single paragraph. Depending on the provisions of the caput, the Cargoes Boards in Commission and Gratified Functions of the Federal Technological Education Centres of which it treats this Decree become the constants of the Annex.

Art. 3º The Minister of State for Education will publish the acts of redistribution of the occupied and vacant effective posts of the Federal Centre for Technological Education of Pernambuco, packed in the Petrolina Decentralized Teaching Unit, for the Federal Centre for Petrolina Technological Education.

Single paragraph. Until the publication of the acts of which it treats the caput, it is vetted the removal of effective servers from the Federal Center for Technological Education of Pernambuco loed in the Petrolina Decentralized Teaching Unit for other units.

Art. 4º The Federal Center for Technological Education of Petrolina will succeed the Federal Center for Technological Education of Pernambuco in relation to the rights and obligations legally constituted with respect to the Teaching Unit Decentralized of Petrolina.

Art. 5º This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
