Declared of social interest, for the purposes of land reform, the rural real estate named "Fazenda Tapir", situated in the Municipality of Suzanópolis, State of São Paulo, and gives other arrangements.
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon him the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 2o of the Supplemental Act no 76, of July 6, 1993, 18 and 20 of the Law no 4,504, of November 30, 1964, and 2o of the Act no 8,629, of February 25, 1993,
DECRETA:
Art. 1o It is declared of social interest, for purposes of agrarian reform, in the terms of the arts. 18, letters? a?,? b?, ?c? e? d? and 20, inciso VI, of Law No. 4,504, of November 30, 1964, and 2º of Law No. 8,629 of February 25, 1993, the rural real estate named "Fazenda Tapir", with area of two thousand, nine hundred and twenty seven hectares, thirty-eight airs and sixty-six centiars, situated in the Municipality of Suzanópolis, object of the Matriculation no 1,253, fls. 02v, Book 02, of the Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Pereira Barreto, State of São Paulo (Process INCRA/SR-08/no 54190.000997 /2001-26).
Art. 2o Excludes from the effects of this Decree os soothing, the machines and agricultural implements, as well as the existing benfeons in the real estate referred to in art. 1o and belonging to those who will be benefited from their targeting.
Art. 3o The National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform-INCRA is authorized to promote the disappropriation of rural real estate of which it treats this Decree, in the manner provided for in the Supplementary Act No. 76 of July 6, 1993, and to keep the areas of Legal Reserve and permanent preservation provided for in Law No. 4,771 of September 15, 1965, preferentially in single gleba, of form to reconcile the settlement with the preservation of the environment.
Art. 4o This Decree takes effect on the date of its publication.
