DECREE OF January 17, 2007.

Dislays on the definition of the South Cachoeira Organized Port area, in the State of Rio Grande do Sul.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that gives him the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and with a view to the provisions of the art. 5th of the Provisional Measure no 2.217-3, of September 4, 2001,

DECRETA:

Art. 1st The area of the South Cachoeira Organized Port, in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, is that constituted:

I-by the land port facilities in the Municipality of Cachoeira do Sul, in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, such as wharves, docking piers, warehouses, courtyards, buildings in general, lanes and tours, and land along the marginal tracks, covered by the polygonal of the organized port area, incorporated or not to the heritage of the Southern Cachoeira Port; and

II-by the protection and accessary infrastructure aquaviaries, in it understood the access channel, the evolution basins and the fundeo areas.

Art. 2nd The area of the South Cachoeira Organized Port has its discontinuous polygonal, described in the Attachment of this Decree.

Art. 3rd The administration of the Southern Cachoeira Port will make the plant demarcation of the area defined in this Decree.

Art. 4th This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
