Altera the composition of the 4ª Regional Labour Court Region and gives other arrangements.

I do know that the National Congress decrees and I sanction the following Law:

Art. 1º The Regional Labor Court of the 4a Region, based in the city of Porto Alegre, State of Rio Grande do Sul, has its amended composition of 36 (thirty six) for 48 (forty-eight) judges.

Art. 2º To meet the composition referred to in art. 1º, 12 (twelve) posts of Judge of the Court are created, in the form of Annex I of this Law.

Art. 3º They are created in the Board of Personnel of the Regional Labour Court of the 4ª Region the effective and in commission positions of provement and the commissioned functions set out in Annexes II and III of this Act.

Art. 4º The expenses arising from the application of this Act will run to the account of the budget resources consigned to the Regional Labour Court of the 4ª Region in the general budget of the Union.

Art. 5º The creation of the posts and functions provided for in this Act shall be conditional upon its express authorization in the own annex of the annual budget law with the respective appropriation sufficient for its first flooring, pursuant to § 1º of the art. 169 of the Federal Constitution.

Single paragraph. If the permit and the respective budget resources are sufficient only for the partial provisioning of the posts and duties, the balance of the authorization and the respective appropriations for its application shall appear in the annex of the budget law corresponding to the exercise in which they are considered created and providable.

Art. 6º This Law comes into effect on the date of its publication.
