DECREE N ° 4,669, DE April 9, 2003.

Changes in the Imposed Tax on Industrialized Products-IPI incident on the products donated to the Office of the Minister of State Extraordinary of Food Safety and Combat to Famer and for employment in the Zero Hunger Program.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of art. 4 °, inciso I, of Decree-Law No. 1,199 of December 27, 1971,

DECRETA:

Art. 1 ° Ficam reduced to zero the aliquots of the Tax on Industrialized Products-IPI, provided for in the Tax Incidence Table on Industrialized Products-TIPI, approved by the Decree No 4,542 of December 26, 2002, incidents on products donated to the Office of the Minister of State Extraordinary of Food Safety and Combat to Famer and for employment in the Zero Hunger Program, observed the standards and conditions established in joint act of that Cabinet and the Ministry of Finance.

Art. 2 ° This Decree comes into force on the date of its publication.
