DECREE OF August 16, 2002

Provides on the deployment of the Federal Centre for Technological Education of Urutaí and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of Law No. 8,948 of December 8, 1994,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º It is implanted the Federal Centre for Technological Education of Urutaí, upon transformation and change of denomination from the municipality's Federal Agrotechnical School of Urutaí.

Art. 2º The internal regiment of the said School, approved by Decree No. 2,548 of April 15, 1998, is held for the Federal Centre for Technological Education of Urutaí, until its review, within the maximum period of one hundred and eighties days.

Art. 3º The Federal Centre for Technological Education of Urutaí has the time limit of up to two years for its suitability to the terms of the institutional project approved by the Ministry of Education.

Art. 4º The Director General of the Federal Agrotechnical School of Urutaí is held in the post of Director-General of the Federal Centre for Technological Education of Urutaí.

Art. 5º This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
