Amplia the Una Biological Reserve, in the Municipality of Una, State of Bahia, and gives other providences.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in accordance with the provisions of the arts. 10 and 22, § § 2nd and 6th of the Act No 9,985 of July 18, 2000, and what is stated in the Process at 02001.006933 /2005-49,

DECRETA:

Art. 1st extended Biological Reserve of Una, in the Municipality of Una, in the State of Bahia, with the basic objective of integral preservation of the biota and other existing natural attributes on its limits

Art. 2nd Biological Reserve of enlarged Una has the limits described from the letters topographical in scale 1:100.000, MI in the 2188 and 2189, edited by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics-IBGE, the datum used to design the coordinates was Córrego Alegre: initiates the description of the memorial as of point 1, located on the right bank of the Maruim River ; Single Paragraph. The subsoil of the areas described in the caput of this article integrate the limits of the Una Biological Reserve.

Art. 3rd The Biological Reserve of Una will be administered by the Chico Mendes Institute of Conservation of Biodiversity-Chico Mendes Institute, which should adopt the necessary measures for its effective protection and deployment.

Art. 4th Ficam declared of public utility, for the purposes of dispropriation by the Institute Chico Mendes, the existing private rural real estate in the limits described in art. 2nd of this Decree, in the terms of the arts. 5th, point?k?, and 6th of Decree-Law No 3,365 of June 21, 1941.

§ 1st The Chico Mendes Institute is allowed to promote and execute the dispossession that it treats the caput of this article, and may, for the purpose of immission in possession, aller the urgency to which the art is referred. 15 of Decree-Law No 3,365, 1941.

§ 2nd The Federal Prosecutor-General's Office, the body of the Union Advocate-General, through its unit legal implementation with the Chico Mendes Institute, is authorized to promote the relevant administrative and judicial measures, targeting the declaration of nullity of eventual property securities and respective real estate records considered irregular, incidents in the Una Biological Reserve.

Art. 5th This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
