DECREE NO 5,965 OF November 14, 2006.

Disposes about the remanding of posts in commission of the Grupo-Direction and Superiors-DAS and alter the art. 1st of Annex I and Annex II to the Decree No 5,842 of July 13, 2006 approving the Regimental Structure and the Demonstrative Framework of Cargos in Commission and the Gratified Functions of the National Institute of Metrology, Normalization and Quality Industrial-INMETRO.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments conferring you the art. 84, incisos IV and VI, point?a?, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of the Act No 10,683 of May 28, 2003,

DECRETA:

Art. 1st Ficam remanded, in the form of Annex I to this Decree, the following posts in Superior Group commission and Superior-DAS:

I-from the Office of Management, the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management, to the Institute National of Metrology, Normalization and Industrial Quality: a DAS 101.5 and a DAS 102.1 ; and

II-from the National Institute of Metrology, Normalization and Industrial Quality to the Registry of Management, Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management: two DAS 102.4.

Art. 2nd By virtue of the Remain that it treats art. 1st, Annex II to the Decree No 5,842 of July 13, 2006, passes in the form of Annex II to this Decree.

Art. 3rd the art. 1st of Annex I to Decree No 5,842, 2006, passes the vigorous addition of the following inciso:

?IX-plan and perform the activities of research in metrology.? (NR)

Art. 4th This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
