DECREE NO 6,845, DE May 7, 2009.

Approves the Regimental Framework and the Framework Demonstrative of the Cargos in Commission and the Gratified Functions of the Brazilian Institute of Museums-IBRAM, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments conferring you the art. 84, incisos IV and VI, point?a?, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of Law no 11,906 of January 20, 2009,

DECRETA:

Art. 1the Ficam approved the Regimental Structure and the Cargos Demonstrative Framework in Commission and the Gratified Functions of the Brazilian Institute of Museums-IBRAM, in the form of the Annexes I and II to this Decree.

Art. 2o As a result of the provisions of the art. 16 of Law no 11,906 of January 20, 2009, are allocated in the structure of IBRAM, in the form of Annex III, the following posts in Committee of the Group-Direction and Superior-DAS: Thirty-one DAS 101.2 and three DAS 101.1.

Art. 3o As a result of the provisions of the art. 17 of Law No. 11,906 of January 20, 2009, shall be incorporated, in the form of Annex IV, to the structure of IBRAM, the following posts in committee of the Group-Direction and Superior aides-DAS and Gratified Functions-FG: a DAS 101.6 ; fifteen DAS 101.4 ; twenty five DAS 101.3 ; ten DAS 101.2 ; twenty-four DAS 101.1 ; two DAS 102.4 ; eight DAS 102.2 ; one DAS 102.1 ; twenty-four FG-1 ; sixteen FG-2 ; and nineteen FG-3.

Art. 4o The President of IBRAM will make publication, in the Union Official Journal, on time of thirty days, counted from the date of publication of this Decree, relation of the holders of the posts in committee of the Group-Direction and Superiors-DAS referred to in Annex II, indicating the number of occupied and vacant posts, their denomination and respective level.

Art. 5o The internal regiment of IBRAM will be approved by the Minister of State of the Culture and published in the Official Journal of the Union, within ninety days counted from the date of publication of this Decree.

Art. 6o This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.

ANNEX I

REGIMENTAL STRUCTURE OF THE BRAZILIAN INSTITUTE OF MUSEUMS

CHAPTER I

OF NATURE, PURPOSE AND COMPETENCE

Art. 1o The Brazilian Institute of Museums-IBRAM, federal municipality, created by the Lei no 11,906 of January 20, 2009, linked to the Ministry of Culture, with headquarters and venue in Brasilia, has the following purposes:

I-promote and ensure the implementation of public policies for the museological sector, with views in contributing to the organization, management and development of museological institutions and their aceros, in line with Decree no 5,264 of November 5, 2004, establishing the Brazilian System of Museums ;

II-stimulate participation of museological institutions and cultural centres in policies public for the museological sector and in the actions of preservation, research and management of musealized cultural heritage ;

III-encourage programs and actions that will enable preservation, promotion and sustainability of the Brazilian museological heritage ;

IV-stimulate and support the creation, maintenance, strengthening, and development of institutions museological, in line with Law no 11,904, of January 14, 2009 ;

V-promote the study, research, preservation, valorisation and dissemination of the heritage cultural under the guard of museological institutions, as representation of artistic expression, foundation of memory and social identity, source of scientific research and aesthetic and symbolic fruition ;

VI-contribute to the dissemination and diffusion, in national and international context, of the reckoning Brazilian museology ;

VII-promoting the permanent qualification and valorisation of human resources of the sector ;

VIII-develop communication, education and cultural action processes concerning heritage cultural under the guard of museological institutions for the recognition of the different identitarian processes, be they of national, regional or local character and respect for the difference and cultural diversity of the Brazilian people ;

IX-guarantee the rights of organized communities to opinion on the identification processes and definition of the heritage to be musealized ; and

X-scrutinize museological heritage and apply fines and penalties provided for in the legislation in vigor.

Art. 2the Compete to IBRAM:

I-propose and implement projects, programs and actions for the museological sector, as well as co-ordinate, monitor and evaluate the activities of them arising ;

II-establish and disseminate standards, standards and procedures, with views on perfecting performance of museological institutions in the country and promote their development ;

III-scrutinize and manage technical and normatively the musealized cultural goods or in the process of musealization ;

IV-promoting the strengthening of museological institutions as spaces of production and dissemination of knowledge and communication ;

V-develop and support funding programs for the museological sector ;

VI-stimulate, subsidize, and monitor the development of programs and projects concerning museological activities that respect and cherish the cultural heritage of popular and traditional communities in accordance with their specificities ;

VII-stimulate the development of programs, projects and educational and cultural activities of the museological institutions ;

VIII-promote the systematic inventory of musealized cultural assets, aiming at their diffusion, protection and preservation, by means of cooperation mechanisms with public and private entities, in line with art. 41 of Law no 11,904, of 2009 ;

IX-deploy and maintain updated national cadaster of museums aiming at the production of knowledge and systematic information about the Brazilian museological field ;

X-promote and support activities and research projects on musealized cultural heritage, in articulation with universities and scientific research centres, with views in their preservation and spread

XI-propose security and protection measures of the institutions, facilities and buildings of the institutions museological, aiming to maintain the integrity of musealized cultural goods ;

XII-proposing measures aimed at preventing evasion and dispersion of musealized cultural goods, well how to pronounce on applications or requests for your move in Brazil or abroad ;

XIII-develop and stimulate action of circulation, exchange and management of acervos and collections ;

XIV-stimulate and support the programs and professional qualification projects of teams that act in museological institutions ;

XV-coordinate the Brazilian System of Museums, set guidelines, establish normative orientation and technical supervision for the exercise of its systematized activities ;

XVI-promote and ensure outreach abroad of Brazilian musealized cultural heritage, in articulation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ; and

XVII-exercise, on behalf of the Union, the right of preference in the acquisition of mobile cultural goods, predicted in art. 22 of Decree-Law no 25 of November 30, 1937, respected the precedence by the federal organ of preservation of historical and artistic heritage.

CHAPTER II

DA ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Art. 3o IBRAM has the following organizational structure:

I-collegiate bodies:

a) Directing ;

b) Advisory Board of Museological Heritage ; and

c) Management Committee ;

II-direct and immediate assistance organ to the President: Cabinet ;

III-sectional bodies:

a) Federal Prosecutor's Office ;

b) Internal Audit ; and

c) Department of Planning and Internal Management.

IV-singular specific organs:

a) Department of Museais Processes ;

b) Department of Diffusion, Fomento and Economics of the Museums ; and

c) Coordination-General of Museal Information Systems ; and

V-decentralized organs: Museological units.

Single Paragraph. They are considered as integral Museological Units of IBRAM all those related in the arts. 7º and 8o of Law no 11,906, from 2009.

CHAPTER III

DA DIRECTION AND THE COLLEGIATE BODIES

Section I

From the Directorate

Art. 4the IBRAM will be directed by the Directorate.

Art. 5o The Board will be composed of the President and the Directors of the Departments of Museais, Diffusion, Fomento and Economics of Museums and Planning and Internal Management.

§ 1o The board meetings will be ordinary and extraordinary, being present, at least, the President and two members.

§ 2o Common meetings will be convened by the President and the extraordinary by the Chairman or a majority of the members of the Board, at any time.

§ 3o The Board shall act by a majority of votes, with the President, still, the vote of quality.

§ 4o The Chief Prosecutor, the Coordinator-General of Museal Information Systems and a representative of the employees, elected directly by the set of the servers will participate, without the right to vote, of the board meetings.

§ 5o At the discretion of the President, participation shall be provided, without the right to vote, of representatives of Museological Units.

§ 6o In case of hindrance of the titular member, this one will be represented by his replacement legal.

§ 7o Board meetings will be wash-washers and will be given advertising to your decisions.

Section II

From the Museological Heritage Advisory Board

Art. 6o The Museological Heritage Advisory Board will be chaired by the Chairman of IBRAM, which integrates it as a nato member, and composed of the following members:

I-a representative, and respective supplier, of each of the following entities, indicated by the respective leaders:

a) International Council of Museums-ICOM ;

b) Brazilian Association of Museums-ABM ;

c) Federal Board of Museology-COFEM ;

d) Institute of National Historical and Artistic Heritage-IPHAN ;

e) National Foundation of Arts-FUNARTE ;

f) Brazilian Committee on History of Art-CBHA ;

g) Palseas Cultural Foundation-FCP ; and

h) National Foundation of the Indian-FUNAI ;

II-thirteen representatives of civil society, with notorious and special knowledge in the fields of acting of IBRAM.

§ 1o The members of the Museological Heritage Advisory Board will be nominated by the Chairman of IBRAM and designated by the Minister of State for Culture, for four-year term, allowed for re-driving.

§ 2o Participation in the Advisory Board of Museological Heritage, in the quality of member, will not be remunerated, being considered to be relevant public service provison.

Art. 7o The workings of the Museological Heritage Advisory Board will be regulated by internal regiment.

§ 1o The Advisory Board of Museological Heritage will meet ordinarily once per semester and, extraordinarily, by convocation of the President or of the majority of members.

§ 2o The quorum for holding the meetings will be at least fifty per cent of the voting members and their decisions will be taken by simple majority of votes, with the exception of situations requiring qualified quorum, according to the internal regiment.

§ 3the Havendo impediment of the titular member, this one will be represented by his replacement legal, with the exception of the representatives of civil society referred to in the inciso II of the art. 6the that do not have substitutes.

§ 4o The Museological Heritage Advisory Board may, by means of the Chairman or by decision of its plenary, invite technicians, experts and members of civil society to provide information and opinion on specific issues.

§ 5o The meetings of the Museological Heritage Advisory Board will be lavished on minutes and will be given publicity to their decisions.

Section III

From the Management Committee

Art. 8o The Management Committee of IBRAM will be composed of the President, by Directors, by the Coordinator-General of Information Systems Museal, the Chief Prosecutor and the leaders of the IBRAM Museological Units.

§ 1o The Management Committee will convene ordinarily once per semester and, extraordinarily, by convocation of the President or the majority of the members.

§ 2o The quorum for holding the meetings will be at least fifty per cent of the voting members and their decisions will be taken by simple majority of votes, with the exception of situations requiring qualified quorum, according to the internal regiment.

§ 3the Havendo impediment of the titular member, this one will be represented by his replacement legal.

§ 4o The Management Committee may, by means of the President or by decision of its plenary, invite technicians, experts and members of civil society to provide information and opinion on specific issues.

CHAPTER IV

DAS COMPETENCIES OF THE ORGANS

Section I

Of The Collegiate Organs

Art. 9o To the Board competes:

I-establish the institutional policy, the guidelines and strategies of IBRAM ;

II-establish programmatic guidelines, relating to the activities of the decentralized bodies ;

III-contribute to the magnification, consolidation and development of the Brazilian System of Museums, de agreement with Decree no 5,264, of 2004 ;

IV-deliberating on:

a) the strategic plan, budget proposal and annual or multiannual plan of action of IBRAM ;

(b) the issues proposed by the President or by the members of the Board ;

c) the annual report and accountability ;

d) the remuneration for services, rentals, products, permits, cessations, operations and tickets of the IBRAM Museological Units ;

and) the value of fines set forth in musealized heritage protection legislation, ears the competent bodies ;

f) the Museological Plans of the Museological Units of IBRAM ;

g) the training, training and technical empowerment program of IBRAM professionals ;

h) the editorial program of IBRAM ; and

i) the communication guidelines for IBRAM ;

V-analyze and monitor the development of the developed actions, plans, projects and programs by IBRAM, with views to democratic and participatory management and broadening of use and access to musealized cultural goods ;

VI-approve standards, criteria and procedures for surveillance and application of penalties ; and

VII-approve the internal regiment of the Museological Heritage Advisory Board and to care for the compliance of the internal regiment of IBRAM.

Art. 10. To the Advisory Board of Museological Heritage competes:

I-support the formulation of public policies for the museological sector in a democratic manner and permanent ;

II-examine, appreciate and opinion on issues related to consolidation and development of the IBRAM and the strengthening of the museal field ;

III-examine, appreciate and opinion on the movement and exit of the cultural heritage Country musealized ;

IV-examine and opinion on issues related to protection and advocacy of cultural heritage musealized ;

V-appreciate proposals for guidelines, standards and technical and administrative procedures of IBRAM, de national comprehension ;

VI-contribute to the magnification, consolidation and development of the Brazilian System of Museums, de agreement with Decree no 5,264, of 2004 ; and

VII-opinion on issues proposed by its members.

Single Paragraph. For the purposes of the provisions of the inciso III, in dealing with goods taken at the federal level, the authorization must necessarily count on the favourable manifestation of the Institute of National Historical and Artistic Heritage.

Art. 11. To the Management Committee competes:

I-contribute in the elaboration and development of the IBRAM's Strategic Plan and the Annual Plan ;

II-contribute in the elaboration and development of Museological Plans of Museological Units of the IBRAM ;

III-establish guidelines and contribute to the deployment and development of policies of valuation of human resources, acquisition, preservation and exhibition of cultural assets, valuation and broadening of the

IV-contribute to the magnification, consolidation and development of the Brazilian System of Museums, de agreement with Decree no 5,264, of 2004 ; and

V-appreciate the other matters submitted to you by the Board, by the Advisory Council of the Museological Heritage or by the members of the Management Committee.

Section II

of the Direct and Immediate Care Body to the President

Art. 12. The Cabinet competes:

I-attend the President in his political and social representation, as well as in his interlocation with Departments, Museological Units and with the public and external institutions and in the appreciation of policy and administrative affairs ;

II-to be entrusted with the reception, preparation and dispatch of the institutional and personal expedient of the President, as well as the ceremonial service, the drafting of chopsticks, invitations, meeting minutes and agendas ;

III-to provide technical and administrative support to the Directorate, to the Heritage Advisory Board Museological, the Management Committee of IBRAM and the Gestor Committee of the Brazilian System of Museums ; and

IV-promote publication in the appropriate media of the official acts signed by the President.

Section III

Of Sectional Organs

Art. 13. To the Federal Prosecutor's Office, as the executive body of the Federal Prosecutor-General, it competes:

I-exercise the judicial and extrajudicial representation of IBRAM ;

II-exercise the activities of consultancy and legal advice to the bodies of the structure of the IBRAM, applying, in what couber, the willing on art. 11 of the Supplementary Law no 73, of February 10, 1993 ; and

III-promote the ascertaining of the liquidity and certainty of the credits, of any nature, inherent in the activities of IBRAM, forwarding them for enrollment in active debt, for friendly or judicial collection purposes.

Art. 14. The Internal Audit competes:

I-advise the Directorate, the Advisory Board of Museological Heritage and the Management Committee in the compliance with institutional objectives ;

II-follow up, guide, scrutinize and assess the legality and legitimacy of the actions administrative as to the efficiency, effectiveness and effectiveness of the budget, financial, accounting, accounting, and human resources management of IBRAM ;

III-to monitor and monitor the physical and financial execution and the results obtained in the of the resources ; and

IV-provide information and monitor the requests coming from the internal control bodies and external.

Art. 15. To the Department of Planning and Internal Management competes:

I-plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of the activities related to Federal Systems of Civil Personnel of the Federal Administration, Administration of Information and Informatics Resources, General Services, Financial Administration and Federal Accounting within the framework of IBRAM ;

II-promote the articulation with the central organs of the Federal Systems referred to in the inciso I and monitor compliance with established administrative standards ;

III-promote the registration, treatment, control and execution of operations relating to the administration fiscal, financial, accounting and heritage of resources managed by IBRAM ;

IV-operationalize the budgetary and financial execution activities of the proceeds from the National Culture of Culture-FNC, of the mechanisms of encouragement of cultural projects and other funds, resources and instruments ;

V-program and monitor the implementation of the annual IBRAM budget ;

VI-manage contracts and bidder processes for hiring and acquiring goods and services ;

VII-plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of the activities related to the systems of internal administrative management of IBRAM ;

VIII-coordinate and supervise actions regarding the strategic planning of the technology of the information and its respective implementation within IBRAM ;

IX-set standards for the caption and transfer of information, aiming at integration operational of the databases and systems developed and deployed within the Ministry ;

X-coordinate and supervise the development, maintenance and operation of information systems of IBRAM ;

XI-plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of the activities concerning the organization and administrative modernization, as well as those related to the Federal Planning and Budget System ;

XII-promote the articulation with the bodies responsible for the central coordination of the activities of organization and administrative modernization and the System mentioned in the inciso XI, and inform the Ministry of Culture as to compliance with established administrative standards ;

XIII-to provide technical and administrative support to the Brazilian System of Museums as well as to all collegial organs of IBRAM ;

XIV-coordinate the elaboration and consolidation of IBRAM's annual and multiannual plans and programmes ;

XV-supervise and coordinate the drafting of the budget proposal and financial programming of the IBRAM ; and

XVI-formulate and monitor the implementation of the instruments required for the execution of the IBRAM programs and projects, establishing the management, financing and monitoring model of the said execution.

Section IV

Of The Singular Specific Organs

Art. 16. To the Department of Museais Processes competes:

I-subsidize, propose and establish policies and guidelines for enhancement, development, and the performance of Brazilian museums, with views to the broadening of use and access to musealized cultural goods ;

II-supervising, coordinating, elaborating and developing policies, plans and programmes with views to to contribute to the organization, management, democratization and development of museal institutions and processes ;

III-propose, promote, subsidize and carry out studies, research, programs and projects on the field museal, public policies within museums, artistic production, museological heritage and social memory ;

IV-propose, draw up, establish and implement policies, guidelines, standards and procedures technicians of acquisition, handling, disposal, preservation, conservation, security, communication and exposure of musealized cultural heritage and in musealization process ;

V-scrutinizing the musealized cultural goods or in the process of musealization, targeting its preservation and the guarantee of your social function ;

VI-implementing technical procedures, analyzing and scrutinizing the processes concerning the commercialization, movement and exit of the country of musealized cultural heritage or in the process of musealization ;

VII-proposing, elaborating, establishing guidelines and technical procedures for conservation projects, construction, intervention, accessibility, security and architectural sustainability of museal spaces ;

VIII-propose, subsidize, develop and coordinate programs and education projects that take the museums as reference ;

IX-contribute to the development of musel processes in popular and traditional communities in accordance with its specificities ;

X-supervise and coordinate the editorial program of IBRAM, in line with the guidelines of the Board ; and

XI-stimulating, supporting and subsidizing training and professional empowerment in the field of museums, and promote scientific, academic and cultural exchange, in your area of acting.

Art. 17. To the Department of Diffusion, Fomento and Economics of the Museums competes:

I-subsidize, propose and establish policies, guidelines, standards and procedures for dissemination and dissemination, in national and international scope, of the Brazilian museal field ;

II-propose, coordinate, and develop programs and projects that enable diffusion and the sustainability of musealized cultural heritage or in the process of musealization, within the framework of IBRAM acting ;

III-subsidizing, stimulating, supporting and developing lines of action and studies on economics of the museums and their interfaces with the cultural industry ;

IV-propose, elaborate and implement policies and programs of foster and financing targeting to ensure the sustainability and development of Brazilian museums ;

V-stimulate participation and organization of civil society in the support and funding of activities of the museums ;

VI-coordinating the elaboration and deployment of advertising campaigns, institutional advertising and of the public utility of IBRAM, acting in line with guidelines established by the Directorate, the Ministry of Culture and the Presidency of the Republic ;

VII-propose guidelines, coordinate and develop projects and products for the diffusion of museal field Brazilian and for the consolidation and development of the institutional image of IBRAM ;

VIII-subsidizing and coordinating the analysis of the musel-nature projects submitted to programs of encouragement and nurturing to culture ;

IX-proposing, formulating and implementing marketing strategies for publications and other products of IBRAM ;

X-promote scientific, academic and cultural exchange, in its acting area ;

XI-stimulate the development of programs, projects and cultural diffusion activities of museums, artistic production and its interfaces with the cultural industry ;

XII-establish standards, criteria and procedures for the marketing of products and the use of commercial spaces in the museums ; and

XIII-develop suitability and qualification actions of physical spaces intended for commercialization of products and services of IBRAM museums.

Art. 18. To the Coordination-General of Information Systems Museal competes:

I-propose, draw up, establish and implement policies, guidelines, standards and procedures documentation technicians and information management, in your area of acting ;

II-propose, promote, subsidize, coordinate, and conduct studies and research on Systems and Networks of Information ;

III-propose, elaborate, disseminate and coordinate programs and technical processing projects of acertain museological, artistic, archival, libronomic, architectural and natural ;

IV-promote the dissemination of knowledge concerning Brazilian museums, manage and maintain updated the National Cadastro of Museums, as well as all other information management tools that are in their area of competence ;

V-propose, elaborate, develop, monitor and maintain up-to-date technical vocabularies of the areas of IBRAM acting ;

VI-coordinate, deploy, subsidize and contribute to the development of networks, nuclei, centres, observatories and specialized laboratories in systems and information networks ;

VII-propose, elaborate, develop and coordinate programmes, projects and conservation actions and sharing information about museums and musel processes ;

VIII-stimulating, supporting and subsidizing the training and professional empowerment in the field of museums, in your area of acting ;

IX-subsidize and support the Gestor Committee of the Brazilian Museum of Museums, especially in what if refers to documentary preservation and the storage and processing of information ; and

X-promote scientific, academic and cultural exchange, in its area of acting.

Section V

Of The Decentralized Organs

Art. 19. The IBRAM Museological Units competes:

I-administer the goods and resources under their guard and responsibility ;

II-elaborate, develop and maintain updated its Museological Plan ;

III-propose, develop and implement programs, projects and actions aimed at education, the leisure, the development and valorization of the communities in which they are inserted, in line with the IBRAM guidelines ;

IV-propose, develop and implement programs, projects and actions aimed at preservation, research, communication and valorisation of musealized heritage, in a democratic and participatory manner, in line with IBRAM guidelines ;

V-promote scientific, academic and cultural exchange in its area of acting and in consonance with the IBRAM guidelines ;

VI-ensure the broad and democratic access of the public to the museum's dependencies, to its programs, services and information, as well as to the knowledge produced there ;

VII-maintain permanent collaborative spirit, exchange and solidarity with all too many units of IBRAM ; and

VIII-develop and implement programs and projects of training, valorization and enhancement professional for your teams.

Single Paragraph. For the fulfillment of its institutional mission, Museological Units should consider, whenever possible, the specific goals elated in the Brazilian System of Museums, as laid out in the art. 4o of Decree no 5,264, from 2004.

CHAPTER V

DAS ASSIGNMENTS OF DIRECTORS

Art. 20. To the President it is incumbent:

I-represent the IBRAM ;

II-plan, supervise and direct the technical and executive actions and administrative matters and financial from IBRAM, adopting methods and procedures that ensure excellence, effectiveness, efficiency and economics ;

III-presiding over the elaboration and implementation of the IBRAM Strategic Plan, as well as the approval, the monitoring, the implementation of the annual budget and the application of resources and expenditure payments, ressaved the competencies of the Directorate, the Management Committee and the Advisory Council of Museological Heritage ;

IV-editing portaries, normative instruction and other acts, objecting to the best functioning of the IBRAM ;

V-convene and chair the meetings of the Board, the Management Committee and the Advisory Board of the Museological Heritage ;

VI-edit acts ad referendum, in cases of proven urgency ;

VII-re-examine and decide, in the second and final instance, in the form of the regiment, on issues related to the protection and defence of musealized cultural goods ; and

VIII-deliberation on the exercise of the right of preference for the acquisition of mobile cultural goods, in line with the inciso XVII, art. 4o of Law no 11,906, from 2009.

Single Paragraph. The assignments contained in this article may be delegated, with the exception of incisos IV, VI and VII.

Art. 21. The Directors and the other leaders must plan, direct, supervise, coordinate and guide the execution and evaluation of the activities of their areas of competence, as well as to exercise other assignments assigned to them by the President.

CHAPTER VI

OF HERITAGE AND FINANCIAL RESOURCES

Art. 22. Constitute IBRAM heritage:

I-goods and rights transferred as a result of the provisions of art. 9o of Law no 11,906, of January 20, 2009 ;

II-donations, legacies and contributions ;

III-goods and rights to acquire ; and

IV-renes of any nature derived from its own goods and services.

Art. 23. The financial resources of IBRAM come from:

I-budget appropriations that are earmarked for it in the Budget-General of the Union ;

II-resources coming from arrangements, agreements or contracts concluded with public entities national, foreign and international ;

III-donations, legacies, grants and other resources that are intended for you, revenue from of loans, aids, contributions and appropriations from internal and external sources ;

IV-resources arising from the sale of tickets, cultural products, hits, publications, material technical and didactic, data and information, of administrative emoluments and of fees and fines ;

V-the retribution for services of any nature rendered to third parties ;

VI-the rents of any nature, resulting from the exercise of activities that are either affection or of the exploitation of real estate and hits under its jurisdiction, as well as of the onerous assignment of space, the rights of image use, and other rights ;

VII-the transfer resources of other bodies of the public administration ; and

VIII-product of the collection of fines set forth in heritage protection legislation musealized.

CHAPTER VII

DAS GENERAL PROVISIONS

Art. 24. The internal regiment of IBRAM will define the detailing of the integral organs of its organizational structure, the competencies of the respective units and the assignments of their leaders.

Art. 25. IBRAM will act in articulation with the federal, direct and indirect public administration bodies and entities, with states, Municipalities, Federal District and with organized civil society, to achieve their finalistic goals, in line with the guidelines of cultural policy emanated by the Ministry of Culture.
