Disposes on the creation of posts of effective and in commission and commissioned duties in the Office of the Registry of the Secretariat of the Registry of the Regional Court of Labour of the 9^a Region and gives other arrangements.

THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the exercise of the post of CHAIRMAN OF THE REPUBLIC I do know that the National Congress decrees and I sanction the following Law:

Art. 1^o Ficam created in the Personnel Framework of the Registry of the Regional Court of the Work of the 9^a Region the effective proofing positions listed in Annex I of this Act.

Art. 2^o Ficam created in the Personnel Framework of the Registry of the Regional Court of the Work of the 9^a Region the positions in commission and the commissioned functions listed in Annex II of this Act.

Art. 3^o The expenses arising from the implementation of this Act shall run into the account of the budget appropriations earmarked for the Regional Labour Court of 9^a Region in the Union General Budget.

Art. 4^the This Act comes into force on the date of its publication.
