DECREE OF September 30, 2002

Transfers the grant of the entity that mentions in order to explore broadcasting services, and gives other providences.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments conferring you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in the terms of art. 94, item 3, point?a?, of the Regulation of Broadcasting Services, approved by Decree No. 52,795 of October 31, 1963,

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1º Stay transferred the concession granted to RADIO TO THE TRIBUNA DE SANTOS LTDA., by Decree No 55,874 of March 29, 1965, renewed, as of July 30, 1995, by the Decree of August 27, 1998, approved by Legislative Decree No. 196, 5 of September 2002, published in the Official Journal of the day 6 following, for CBS Communications Brasil Sat Ltda. explore medium-wave noise broadcasting service in the city of Santos, State of São Paulo (Process No. 53000.000911/01).

Art. 2º The exploration of the broadcasting service, the concession of which is transferred by this Decree, shall be governed by the Brazilian Code of Telecommunications, subsequent laws and their regulations.

Art. 3º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
