Abre to the Social Security Budget of the Union, in favor of the Ministry of Health, supplemental credit worth R$ 315,000,000.00, for reinforcement of appropriations earmarked in the budget vigour.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC I do know that the National Congress decrees and I sanction it following Law:

Art. 1 Stay open to the Union Social Security Budget (Law No. 10,171 of 5) January 2001), in favor of the Ministry of Health, supplemental credit worth R$ 315,000,000.00 (three hundred and fifteen million reais), to meet the schedules listed in Annex I of this Act.

Art. 2º The resources necessary for the execution of the art. 1º will take place from:

I? partial cancellation of budget appropriations earmarked to the Ministry of Health, worth R$ 16,290,885.00 (sixteen million, two hundred and ninety thousand, eight hundred and eighty-five reais), as indicated in Annex II of this Act ; and

II? addition of external credit operations resources worth R$ 298,709,115.00 (two hundred and ninety eight million, seven hundred and nine thousand, one hundred and fifteen reais).

Art. 3º This Act comes into force on the date of its publication.
